The museum presents a permanent exhibition featuring Japanese culture and traditions between 17th and 19th centuries. Beside the objects we all saw, like Samurai armour, swords and masks which influenced the popular Japanese culture, visitors have a rare opportunity to see the never exhibited before objects from Ainu, the indigenous people of Japan, which tell the story contrasting with the more renowned image of Japan.
